This is a short and moderate trek that includes all the sites of a lengthier, full-day tour. This is a medium circuit similar to our BM1-1 tour but with both on- and off-road sections, a few more hills, and a river crossing by boat into local villages. The Nam Khan River winds through a valley rich with Lao culture, local villages, wonderful views, fishermen, and smiling children. The kayaking can be swift and exciting when the water’s high and relaxing and calm when it’s low. We’ll stop off at the Tad Sae Waterfall for a refreshing swim and to explore the surrounding jungle.
